Booking
Your seat is held once you’ve paid.
Payment is taken in full when you book, through a secure Stripe checkout, and you’ll get a receipt right away.
Within 48 hours I’ll email you the address and everything you need to know before game day.
Cancellation policy
- 48 hours or more before game time: full refund.
- Less than 48 hours before game time: credit toward a future game. Credits never expire.
- No-shows: your seat is forfeited, with no refund or credit.
If a game doesn’t fill
Each adventure needs a minimum number of players to run.
If a table hasn’t reached its minimum 48 hours before game time, you can choose a free reschedule or a full refund.
If I don’t hear back from you, I’ll refund you (if eligible) before game time, so nobody’s left wondering.
Private tables
The same cancellation rules apply.
Your game is guaranteed to run, since you’re booking the whole table.
Mini-campaigns
Multi-session campaigns are paid in full at booking. You get a full refund if you cancel 48 hours or more before the first session.
Once the campaign begins, missed or dropped sessions aren’t refunded, because your seat is held for you and can’t be filled mid-story.
If the campaign doesn’t reach its minimum before the first session, you can choose a free reschedule or a full refund.
